Kate is an experienced C-level executive with expertise in growth and organizational strategy, systems, and operations. Building on significant experience leading organizations through periods of growth and transition, she helps set teams up for success - whether they are on a growth path and need to scale, or want to optimize their infrastructure.

Kate’s areas of expertise include sales operations, pricing, organizational planning, systems mapping and implementation and growth strategy.

Kate previously served as COO for Frog Design and Blue State, high-growth consulting firms, where she oversaw global operations and delivery. She is an Independent Board Director for Dice Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DHX), a leading Saas platform for tech recruiting, where she serves on the Compensation Committee and the Governance Committee. She is also Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for Graham Windham, a nationwide leading nonprofit driving systemic change to lift families out of poverty.

    Approach: Partnering with the leadership team, we identified the metrics that would drive the founders’ goals. Then we created a roadmap to meet those goals in key categories: sales operations including pricing, offerings and lead gen, organizational and team structure, and infrastructure and delivery.  

    Results: Company doubled revenue in one year, and is on track to continue rapid pace growth with high employee and client retention.

    Assignment: Partner with the Founder to maintain revenue growth, and create the organization and systems to support current and future expansion.

    Approach: This very successful company’s growth had outpaced the systems and delivery team. Partnering with the leadership team, we put in place a management structure, revamped the sales process and offerings, and implemented a CRM. 

    Results: The company saw profitable revenue growth within six months, and has the infrastructure to sustainably support continued expansion.
